  • What is the lead time for my order?
    The lead time for your order will depend on the type of product you order. Generally, orders for cushion covers, throws and table runners will be processed within 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at info@kushionsandco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • How can I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
    To unsubscribe from the Kushions & Co mailing list, simply click the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any email you receive from us. You can also request to be removed from the mailing list by sending an email to info@kushionsco.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@kushions.co. We will try our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled if it has already been processed.
  • Why my order is on backorder?
    At Kushions & Co, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. Sometimes, due to high demand, certain items may be on backorder. If your order is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
  • Can I preorder an item?
    Unfortunately, preordering is not available. However, if you have any special requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • How can I track my order?
    At Kushions & Co., we want your shopping experience to be as easy and worry-free as possible. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your order.   • Can I pick-up my order?
    We do not offer pick-up services for our products. All orders must be placed online and shipped to the desired destination.
  • What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kushionsandco.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please include pictures of the damaged items and your order number in your email.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship to customers within Australia.
  • Can my shipping be expedited?
    Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipping on our products. All orders are shipped according to the shipping option you have selected at checkout. We strive to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible.
  • What shipping carrier will my order ship with?
    Your order will be shipped with Australia Post.
  • Can you hold my order if I'm not ready to accept delivery?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to hold orders once they have been placed. We recommend only placing an order when you are ready to receive your items.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    At Kushions & Co, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders less than $150, shipping is a flat rate of $ 14.80 If you require express shipping, you can select this option at checkout for an additional cost.
  • How much are returns?
    At Kushions & Co, we offer a 30-day return policy on all our cushion covers, throws, and table runners. Customers can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of their purchase for a full refund. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
